Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms are not related to a unic medical disorder. The high blood pressure could be related to primary hypertension. The arthritis is related to the age and local inflammation. The burning in the stomach could be related to chronic gastritis of the painkillers that you have taken for arthritis. Anyway, I would recommend performing some tests to investigate for other secondary causes which may trigger this clinical situation:

- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for any possible imbalances
- kidney and liver function tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
