What Do High Levels Of Glucose In The Below Report Suggest?

I just received my blood work and my Epithelial Cells are abnormal ( 10), my glucose is 233, A1C is 12.9 and my Ferritin is 230. The numbers are quite high compared to the normal range. I am diabetic and I take Metformin. Should I be alarmed by these elevated numbers?

hi sir,
your sugar levels are very high.you need to control your blood sugar level and HB a1c is very high you have to control the two HB a1c under 6 to 6.5.
increased ferritin levels may be due to some infection it might be also due to a type of cancer called hodgkin's lymphoma or genetic related some blood problems. metformin alone is not enough for controlling sugar. you should consult your physician immediately for further investigations and Management. thank you.
