Hi. I noticed an indentation on each knee. At first I thought I had been kneeling in a way that may have caused it, but that’s not the case. They’re not painful, I have no knee problems, and they literally appeared out of the blue. Just wondering what they could be. thanks!
It is nothing but a joint line or bony defect. It is not a disease condition and no treatment is required. You can seek the opinion of an orthopaedician in case of symptoms like pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
