What Do Itchy And Sore Bumps Near The Anus And Groin Area Indicate?

Hi about 3 days ago I got a pimple type of red bump on my bum, but it was more sore than a pimple, then about 2 days ago there was 4 more bumps but in my butcrack quite close to my anus.. its very sore and ichy, today a simular bump apeared on my croch area just below my stomach... what is it? Is there an ointment or something I can put on? Ive tried aloevera gel, but nothing happened...

You might have developed furuncles.
These are deep bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
