What Do Itchy Blisters Between The Fingers Indicate?

My alt test came back 74, everything else is fine. I was on prednisone about 4 weeks ago for a week for hives. I did my blood test about a week ago cause there were still a small amount of hives lingering around, I sometimes get itchy watery blisters between my fingers (nothing crazy bad). I wouldn t call myself a alcoholic but when I do go out i drink a lot, binge social drinker..definetly could say dangerous levels of alcohol. Is 74 bad? And can hives possibly be a internal issue from drinking?....................one last thing, will testosterone affect my liver? Haven t started taking it yet but would like to.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms can be related to dyshidrotic eczema or dyshidrosis.
It is a skin condition in which blisters develop on the soles of your feet and/or the palms of your hands.
I suggest you to:
-use steroid cream for local relief
-use antihistamines daily to treat the itchiness

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
