You seem to be having Tinea faciei- a fungal condition that affects face, starting from one area and then spreading with lesions that itch.The condition generally begins from an area which either sweats a lot or one where sweat tends to accumulate You can get relieved fo this problem. To my patients I advise to use Miconazole preparations locally. In addition I prescribe Terbinafine tablets which are broad spectrum antifungals to kill the germs To relieve itching part, i prefer to give Anti allergic like Levocetirizine.
