Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Lumps on the pubic area are usually lymph nodes in the inguinal region. Infections in the genital region or the legs are the reason for the lumps in pubic region (Inguinal).
First thing, we have to find out the cause for swellings, a simple fine needle aspiration cytology will be sufficient, then we have to correct the cause.
If it is simple pus, it has to be treated by antibiotic course.
My suggestion is, please consult general physician for more information and treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Possible to be from contact dermatitis or recurrent boil from various reasons.
In our clinic, after thorough clinical examination, we suggest local care with antimicrobial preparations and systemic care of control of blood sugar and possible underlying infection.
