What Do Lumps Under The Arch Of The Foot Indicate?

yes sir , i am having problems bearing down and put full weight on it. the area is the arch of my foot. it feels like their is a rock in my shoe . after checkin the shoe nothin. had one of my youngns look at it and she felt 2-3 little hard knots under the skin. found multiple more different parts of both feet.
i am experiencing a tough flair-up of rheumatiod arthritis. first in a few years and more intense and new areas of my body are also being effected all areas that have been damaged in someway . so not sure if the two are connected.. well thank you for your time
