What Do Muffled Hearing Followed By Dizziness And Tunnel Vision Indicate?

I just standing and I experienced a heat go throughout my body, my hearing became dulled as if someone was speaking to me miles away, I became dizzy with tunnel vision to the point of passing out, and after that subsided within five to ten minutes my arms began to tingle severely. My friend was present at the time. She said I turned my head as if like a dog to hear her and then my eyes glassed over. Little freaked out about what this could mean. Any suggestions.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
