Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Usually Montgomery tubercles will be situated around the nipple on areola. Usually they will not produce any secretions but when they get infected, because of some friction etc they can give to some discharge. Other possibilities folliculitis of the nearby hair follicles. If the discharge is persisting better to consult your doctor once, get examined and if needed go for sonomammography and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
