What Do Presence Of Escherichia Coli And Streptococcus In The Stool Sample Indicate?

Hello, my 3 year old had a stool test, it showed klebsiella pneumoniae, alpha haemolytic streptococcus, escherichia coli, and gamma haemolytic streptococcus. Those were elevated. He s been coughing at night, and during the day he has green mucus when he sneezes. Is this bad?? Doctor said that since he s not showing any other symptoms he should be ok??
