What Do Raised Itchy Rashes On The Shoulder And Elbow Indicate?

I thought I had mosquito bites, but they are raised with almost a darker pink dot in center some are nickel in size and itchy 2 on one arm 2 on another 1 on my shoulder I above my elbow I on the inside on my thigh 1 on my back they are not oozing or blistered

The rash could be an insect bite hypersensitivity. You could apply calamine lotion and take an antihistamine tablet. If you do not get any improvement in a week, I request you to visit your Dermatologist for further management.
