What Do Rashes On The Feet Indicate?
My friend has broken out with a rash that started on the top of her foot and has moved up her leg. It is red and welted and it itches her pretty bad. Was trying to find something on here about what may be causing it. She is 70 years old. This is my first time using this web site. Does it cost to use this?
