hello. I have been getting red marks or splotches on my palms. There is usually only one, but it is about the size of a nickle. I have realized that they are more sensitive to heat then the rest of my palm. Also, they only show up on my left hand. I have thought about going to the doctor, but they usually go away within a few days.
You seem to have developed some allergic rash over the palms . Such a rash can occur due to contact with some irritants like chemicals . Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected areas twice daily . See a nearby dermatologist if it tends to persist.
