What Do Round Red Rashes On The Back Indicate?
Hi there! I have about five red circular spots just on my back. They start off looking like a pimple. I have used an anti fungal cream and hydrocortisone cream for over two weeks. It’s getting worse.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
If your are an adolescent, the lesions on back are most probably acne. Please avoid corticosteroid creams such as Hydrocortisone. You can apply Clindamycin lotion. As back is involved, you should go for oral antibiotic therapy in my opinion. Please consult your dermatologist. Please do not manipulate the lesion.
