What Do Scaly Burns On A Toddler S Arms Indicate?

my 4 month old grandson has what looks like burns on his arms... it starts of scaly and then the scales come off and looks like a burn, it started on one arm and is now on the other arm, i thought it could be baby psorasis, its not exema, or an allergic reaction to some thing...

Scaly patch may be the psoariasis or some other eczema. But skin diseases are best diagnosed by doctor on seeing the patient. So please take your child to skin specialist and he will make diagnosis.
