What Do Small Black Moles All Over Face Indicate?

Hello doctor...m neha. I have small black moles all over my face. I hindi we call it a TIL. The condition is getting worse as it is causing small pigmentation also on my left cheek. Please suggest something...it looks do bad. The condition has worsened after my delivery. Now my baby is 2 years old. Thanks

I can understand your concern for small black moles all over face. After analyzing your query it appears that you are quite stressed regarding all these moles.

Let me erasure you first that these moles are quite normal and natural phenomenon. These are formed due to the over activity of the color producing cells known as melanocytes. There is genetical tendency to form these moles and there is nothing abnormal especially in Indian population.

If at all you are worried then can meet a dermatologist and ask for the option of laser ablation of the moles. It is quite simple procedure and can be done by dermatologist.
