I pass small black specks in my urine; the size of a large piece of dry fish food ; shaped that way. Occassionally I pass a tissue like piece that is white and pink. Once I passed one as large as my thumb. After strenuous swimming for 2 hours; I passed a large piece the size of a 1/2 cup measure; and it looked like the lining of a rusty tin can. ( unusual descriptions .....I know ). My PCP does little; and I am not sure what to do.
Kindly see a urologist urgently and get a ultrasound of KUB region done. Its not normal what you have described and can be due to some bladder mass.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
