What Do Small Bumps And Red Patches On Cheeks Indicate?

Hi I have small bumps and red patches on my cheek and I have broken capillaries on my face. I have two dots which I am not sure if they are broken capilaries or .. I want to treat teh patches and broken capilaries with a home made thing or with a natural product. Do you know any product which is good for oily and sensitive skin?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having Rosacea, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Don't apply any cosmetics and avoid home remedies.
3. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on spots and red area.
4. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
