What Do Small Lumps In Mouth Indicate?
my husband has a few small lumps that have come up on the roof of his mouth and its spreading from the front to the back slowly over the day, i have looked in his mouth and saw a blackish and redish round circles next to each other plus the small lumps going down the back of his palete

Hello,
There could be small ulcers with the swelling , This could be because of the fungal infection in mouth.
Get an ENT consultation and need to take oral antifungal gargles and antiseptic gargles like betadine for it.
If does not settle with that then a local steroid ointment might help to decrease the inflammation and the swelling .
It will be better if you get it examined.
In doubt do reply.
