What Do Small Red Bumps Around The Penis Post Unprotected Sex Indicate?

Hi, last week was on holiday. There, I had unprotected sex with two girls, one on the Monday who came on her period midway through sex and another on the Thursday. On Friday morning I woke up with painless red marks on the tip of my penis around my urethra. The next day it was further around my penis, then it was gone on the Saturday. It’s now Sunday, and I have small red bumps around the same area and more on the shaft under the foreskin (uncircumcised). There’s no pain or uncomfort except very very slight uncommon twinges about halfway down my penis. I’m picking up a STD test tomorrow and also going to my GP to get checked, but just want to get an idea ahead of time Thanks

Hi,

Without seeing the lesion, it will not be good to give an opinion. You could have sent the images at least. It could be due just irritation of female secretion, thrush or soaps that you had applied or other applications.

Most of the tests for STDs will not be reliable within a week time. Each test has its own window period.

Consult your physician and get well soon. Frequent wash with plain water will relieve your present condition. Avoid unprotected sex in the future.
