Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I would like to rule out a possibility of Erythema Multiforme Minor/ EM Minor. EM Minor usually present with acral lesions i.e hands and face/ lips. The lesions of EM are characteristically targetoid/ target like; may have a central necrotic zone, surrounded by a wheal and a peripheral flare. EM Minor is a form of hypersensitvity reaction to infections, commonly herpes labialis Or to drugs. Treatment is symptomatic i.e topical mid-potent steroid cream, twice daily along with an Oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily. Underlying herpes labialis, if present, can give rise to repeated episodes of EM Minor. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate prescription.
