Small sores on my back and arms, that pit like small cigarette burns. I feel a sudden sharp pain and the sore appears as a small red dot after a day or two the sore scales and even the touch of clothing can cause it to bleed and become pitted. It takes a very long time for them to heal and when they do heal they leave white spots behind. These white spots do not sunburn or tan, the original skin color is gone.
