What Do Smelly Yellow Vaginal Discharge And Discomfort During Urination Indicate?

I had unprotected sex about two weeks ago and now I am having a very dark yellow discharge and there is a lot of it. It seems to happen while I’m sleeping when I wake up there is a lot of it. It has a odor and has been going on for about 5 days now . I also have some discomfort when peeing but nothing major.
