What Do Symptoms Of Vomiting And Lower Abdominal Pain Mean?

Last night I had terrible cramps that extended from my lower breast plate to my lower abdomen. This continued throughout the night. I vomited a couple of times, but not with a great amount expelled. As the night progressed I had several bowel movements. Today the greatest pain has subsided, but I still have cramps in my lower abdomen that occur about every half hour to forty-five minutes. They last about 1 minute. When I go to the bathroom, there are very small amounts of feces, but I have blood on the bathroom tissue. What could this be and what should I do?

Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that you might be having acute gastro-intestinal infection giving rise to intestinal colic and frequency of passing motions.
Take Meftal spas or Cyclopam for colic.
Take Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine course for 3 days.
Take light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
