What Do The Urine VMA Test Results Mean?

hi doctoer i have recently done my vma test for 24 hr urine. where my hplc is 1.89 but creantinine is 187.30 mg/dl. where as i have done my full body checkup in october 2010 at that time every thing was normal. can u advice me foor the same what does this mean

The elevated VMA may indicate underlying metabolic derangements of the various pathway of biochemistry.

Kindly revert back with all the details of reports as scanned copies in follow up session so that best possible guidelines can be figured out.
