Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Birads 3 is benign and Birads 4 is suspicious for malignant. Moreover what was the biopsy report of cone biopsy.

Whether it is malignant or not, can be confirmed by biopsy only. Please consult general surgeon for proper management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
