General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your USG scan indicates that the follicles in both ovaries are growing, but not yet ovulated. Thus, there is no free fluid in pouch of Douglas. You need to continue with scanning for couple of more days to observe the free fluid (which indicates ovulation) please follow your sonologist's advice.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
