I have tiny white pimple size lumps on my scrotum. They itch sometimes. If I pick at them they sting from the sweat. I have had them since I gained weight, which causes me to sweat just sitting still. No air moving around. I have lumps on my legs which I was told was a skin problem that I gave to my daughter too. What can I do?
You seem to have epithelioid cyst on scrotum most probably. However you consult dermatologist to have firm diagnosis. The epithelioid cyst is a benign condition and does not harm. There may be whitis cheesy material in the cyst.Sometimes, it might become infected. If you feel embarassing, you may go for treatment.
I generally recommend surgical excision in such cases. Surgery is minor one and done in OPD under local anaesthesia.
I hope this would be helpful to you in managing your problem.
Thanks.
