What Do Weak Legs And Blood Sugar Level Of 120 Indicate?
My 97 year old grandmother is having "weak wobbly legs" when she stands and she is having diarrhea that is very dark. Her bp sitting is 135/78. Standing 145/88. Her blood sugar 120. There is not a cap response on her fingers her feet CPR is normal. Should we monitor her unroll Monday or should we take her to ER

There are 2 issues .
1. Weakness of her legs : Could be due to part of generalised weakness due to low hemoglobin , Protein deficiency , Vitamin B12 / D3 deficinecy , Nerve problems or Spinal Cord Problems .
2. Passing dark colour stools : It means she is bleeding inside her stomach, It could be a minor one time bleed or a slow continuous bleed which can be devastating after few days or weeks .
I advise you to take her to hospital and get the necessary evaluation done . She requires Complete Hemogram, Serum Vitamin B12 levels , Nerve conduction test for lower limbs , Stool for occult blood test.
