What Do White Patches On Penis Indicate?

Hi I have developed two white patch s on my penis.. I never had any white patch anywhere on my body. I have cconsulted dermatologist 8 months back.. I am applying pacroma ointment twice a day since seven months. I am seeing same Dr again n again. Pl suggest what should I do. I am 30 years old.. .pl tell me any other treatment if required. It does not seems to be going. Please suggest. Thank you

Hi.. you have not mentioned the diagnosis? Most probably, it is vitiligo. Genital vitiligo is bit difficult to treat. Have you applied anything else? Other than pacroma? You may try mid potent topical steroid.
