What Do White Spots Under The Penis Indicate?
Hi, I have a hard seed-like white thing just under the surface of the skin on the shaft of my penis, just below the head, on the underside of the shaft. It’s been there my entire life as far as I know. (I’m circumsized, if that means something) What is it? And can/should it be removed?
