What Do You Suggest For A Hard Lump On My Neck?

hi I am a 38 yr old female with hard lump on the front of my neck. it is midline, slightly more prominent on the right side. I didn t notice it at first, a friend pointed it out to me. I don t really have any other symptoms. I exercise regularly, am a former smoker (quit about 3 years ago), and only drink occasionally. should I make an appointment with my doc or just watch this for a while?

Hi,

Hard lump on front part of your neck may be fibroma most probably. It is a benign tumor underneath the skin. You consult dermatologist or surgeon for firm diagnosis. It may be removed surgically under local anaesthesia. It is a minor surgical procedure done in OPD. You may be slright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
