What Do You Suggest For A Raised Reddish Bump On My Left Inner Thigh That Secretes A Clear Fluid When Squeezed?

I have a flat, slightly raised bump on my left inner thigh. I have never had sex before, so it is not an STD. I am 16 years of age, so it is not any disease, etc. due to an elderly age. I first noticed it during a day that I believe I was ovulating (I am female and I was secreting a lot of discharge at the time), and it was what I thought was from being chaffed. It may possibly still be from being chaffed, but I am not familiar with it, as I do not get chaffed often. My mother suggested that it may be an ingrown hair follicle, as I also shave everything in the area regularly (i.e. I do not only shave my bikini line, but *everything*). What do you believe it is? It is around a third to a fourth of an inch wide and is reddish-pink in color. There is no whitehead and when squeezed slightly, it secretes a clear fluid.

Welcome to HCM,
I had gone through symptoms and understand your concern,
The raised reddish swelling on the inner side of the thigh may be due to friction between the thighs.
As it is on the inner side of the thigh at this age most commonly it is due to the sweating and the wet nature of that area.
Frequent rubbing may lead to multiple rashes on the inner side of the thigh.As you are not sexually active definitely STI can be ruled out.
I would suggest you to keep that area clean and dry otherwise frequent infection may lead to fungal infection also.
You can app;y some antibacterial and anti fungal cream on that area.
