Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears that you have a swelling of the eye lid, and covered the eye completely, so much you could not see any thing.
Probably it is the swelling of the eye lid only, You will be cured soon.
I advise you to consult an ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin ornidazole, serratiapeptidase, and diclofenac sodium.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Shailja Puri's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
As you have mentioned that you suffered from trauma to the eye followed by pain and then loss of vision.
The loss of vision is most probably due to injury to some structure in the.
The injury could have caused internal bleeding.
Internal bleed causes accumulation of hemorrhage and thus blindness.
You need to consult an ophthalmologist without delay.
Prompt management can save your vision from permanent loss.
Timely treatment can save your vision.
Do not delay and consult ophthalmologist at the earliest.

Thanks and take care
