What Do You Suggest For Delay In Period After Unprotected Sex?

Okay so me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex for the very first time two days ago and he was hardly in there for 5 minutesand never cummed inside of me. I was supposed got start my period any day now and I have only had very intense abdominal cramps and some light spotting that I have never had before. I am very worried because I don't want to get pregnant an I know that it is very early to tell but I'm freaked out of my mind about the whole situation

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Unprotected sex can be followed by pregnancy and absence of menstrual cycles after unprotected sex is suggestive of pregnancy.
Pregnancy can be confirmed or ruled out by pregnancy test.
The pregnancy test comes out to be positive as early as 10-15 days after conception.
However, the presence of abdominal cramps and light bleeding suggests onset of menstruation and thus absence of pregnancy.
But it is advisable to go for pregnancy test for confirmation.

Thanks and take care
