Hi. Welcome and thanks for asking in HCM forum. During pregnancy, your growing baby is cushioned inside a fluid-filled bag within your uterus (womb). This bag is called the amniotic sac. The amount of amniotic fluid increases during your pregnancy. You start off with just a few milliliters but will have between 800ml and 1 litre by the time you're about 36 weeks pregnant. From 38 weeks onwards, it gradually begins to decrease until you're ready to give birth. Your doctor is doing the right thing by increasing your fluid intake and argipreg contains aminoacids which helps in your baby growth and also improves amniotic fluid levels. Your doctor will closely monitor from now on and dont be scared your amniotic fluid levels will improve with this treatment. Regards.
