What Does the following Abdominal Scan Result Mean In A Child?

Sir my 4.5 year daughter is suffering from abdominal pain for last 2 year her lab report says that she has infantile uterus and ovariez with few enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in peri umblical region with normal hepatobilliary and renal study.she is taking homeopathy medicine but no relief.Sir what can i do to cure it ,i am totally frustrated please help....

Hi, this could be due to tuberculosis. In my opinion, you should do complete blood count, montoux test and CECT abdomen to rule out tuberculosis. In tuberculosis also there is chronic pain abdomen and mesentric lymphadenopathy. Take care.
