What Does this MRI And CT Scan Test Result Mean?

HELLO, I had a MRI that showed mucous retention cyst versus polyp is noted in the left maxillary sinus. I also have mild mucosal thickening of the frontal sinuses as well as the ethmoid air cells. Single focus of T2/flair hyperintensity noted in the frontal perventricular white matter noted. CT scan reads mild thickening of left tympanic membrane. Polypoidal mucosal thickening in the left maxillary antrum. The right vertebral artery appears slightly diminutive when compared to the dominant left vertebral atery. My symptoms are sinus pressure left side, popping sound when biting down, I have episodes of dizziness, sharp pains through left side of head. My symptom are worsen by cold or viral infection. I have dealt with this for 3 yrs. Ive seen my pcp, neurologist ruled out MS, and neurotologist, ent left sided hearing lost noted. My symptoms are persistant an unchanging. I want relief. Any suggestions? My symptoms started after an ear infection in my left ear. I plan to request rhinoscope or endoscope for a closer look at the functioning of my eustachian tubes. Im voncetned my ear infection was not properly treated and has spread to my brain. I plan to request blood cultures, cbc, and bnp at my next doctor visit

Most of your symptoms , MRI and CT suggest chronic pan sinusitis, may be allergic (if polyp ) of infective (if fluid or retention cyst). Medical treatment of sinusitis if the sinus if draining naturally may be tried, else FESS may be required. Tympanic membrane thickening may be due to earlier ear infection and usually requires no treatment
