What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

Hey..... I am noticing.... that I have this white tissue paper like almost like sunburnt skin? floating around in my urine ... my urine is light colored and I had a CBC with wbc of 7,000 normal..... and my urinalysis came back normal.... but this has been on /off bothering me since October... when I was hospitalized with bad kidney infection .... that cleared up after that.... ??? What causes this awful tissue paper like stuff??? and No I haven t had a cystoscopy yet... but definitely think I should .... The urologist I have seen has done all other tests and my CT scan was normal with dye.... :(

* I suggest to get chemical analysis of the floating white material in the
laboratory separately than urine analysis , take it in filtered paper while
passing urine so that it will be the only content you need to check
either epithelial shedding / bacterial debris / else .
* Keep decision of cystoscopy pending upon this step .
