Hello Zaki Pus cells in semen (6-8 ) is not specific and , so need not to worry ( levofloxacin 750 mg / day once 3-4 days is sufficient ). Liquefaction time , pH . viscosity, color all are normal in your case . For your information I am writing about FERTILITY , so that you yourself will find out answer. Studies suggest that normal FERTILITY is associated with sperm counts of >48 million/mL ( NORMAL volume is 3-4-6 ml, while in your case it is 2 ml)with a motility of >63% ( in your case over all motility is 20%+40% i.e. below normal) with 12% exhibiting normal morphology( in your case this is normal ) In your case sperm counts is very low , so consult an INFERTILITY specialist and get his opinion for fertility. Hope this will help you.
