Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The given report is quite normal and nothing to worry about it. The total sperm count is 73 million and it is well with in normal range (normal being 50 million). Motility means the proportion of motile sperms that can move and take part in fertilization. In your case is 60 percentage and it is also with in the normal range. The count and motility are the factors which determine the fertility potential. In your case both are normal and thus nothing to worry now.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
