What Does AST-154 And ALT-278 Levels Suggest?

My friends 1 year old little boy just got results back from lab work. His AST was 154 and his ALT was 278. They sent him for more immediate urgent labs, but in the mean time not telling her anything. What can cause these extremely high numbers in such a small little boy? He has been immunized for the Heps.
