CA head of pancreas means Cancer of head of pancreas. Pancreas is an abdominal organ associated with gut and is involved in digestion of food. It has three parts: head, body and tail.
Metastaseous means that cancer has spread to other parts of body like liver, lungs or brain etc.
So your mother died of pancreatic cancer which had spread to other parts of body.
