What Does CT Scan Done For Headaches And Pain Around Eyes Show?

I went for a ct scan because of headache on top of right side of head and around my eye. It came back no acute hemmorage or mass lesion. there is no evidence for an acute infarction. there is mild diffuse parenchymal volume loss the ventricles are within normal limits what does this mean.

CT scan in case of headache shows various pathologies which can cause headache like raised intra cranial pressure as in mass lesion, intra cranial hemorrhage and other causes like sinusitis.
The report of your CT scan seems normal and there is no need to worry regarding its report.
