What Does ECG Report RVSP Of 49.92 And A RAP Of 10 Indicate?

I had an echocardiogram which resulted in a RVSP of 49.92 and a RAP of 10, mild left ventricle dilation. My chest xray shows cardiomegaly. My symptoms are dyspnea with exertion, edema in both lower legs and feeling of heaviness in chest with exertion. Does this indicate to you that I have pulmonary hypertension?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/ Madam
Thanks for your query.
1. RVSP of 49.92 indicates presence of moderate pulmonary artery hypertension. However, this is not in itself conclusive. There are many causes of high pressure, which needs to be ascertained.
2. Cause of mild left ventricular dilatation is not clear.
3. In presence of all these symptoms, you must see your cardiologist at the earliest.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
