What Does HPE Report As Irregular Fleshy Tissues Suggest?

I am 30 yrs old lady , v r tryin for a baby. i had laproscopic surgery last month. i have doubts about endometrium for HPE - report is " irregular fleshy bits of tissue ,sections show regularly distributed glands lined by columner cells. stroma is copact , no evidence of Koch's seen" - can u pls elaborate?
