Hello,

HSG test is done to see if there is any blockage in your fallopian tubes. Spillage on the right side indicates that the right fallopian tube is normal and is not blocked any where. No spillage on the left side indicates that the left fallopian tube is having a blockage somewhere and so the left side ovum will not be able to travel through the tube. But since your one tube is patent, you should not be that worried. Considering your age of 33 years, I think you should go for ovulation induction and IUI cycles for 3 cycles depending on AMH levels, if you do not conceive IVF would be the best option.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
