OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It is called polycystic ovarian disease. It rarely needs treatment unless it is associated with clinical features of PCOS. Free fluid is not at all a problem since it is very minimal. Obesity, irregular periods and facial hair growth are the external signs of PCOS.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana Rajesh Babu, OB & GYN Specialist
