What Does P.T-58,P.T-13.5,Activity-89% And I.N.R-1.1 Suggest?

My Patient is a 49y/o female .she eat Citrizine for allergy for one week but found abnormal Lab findings include:P.T.T=58 seconds,P.T=13.5 seconds ,Acitivity 89% , I.N.R-1.1.Previous these findings were normal another Lab findings are normal.

What is your opinion?
